William, sorry to hear you were shaken out by current price weakness.

I don't know how long you have been long or at what price.

Neither do I know when you first came to believing things were so "distressed". I have much the opposite opinion.

Up to this point both companies have been extremely successful. Now, these two very successful companies have agreed to join forces. The potential for synergies seems great. Each company's existing products can be integrated with the other to increase product value therby increasing competitiveness and market share. In addition, each company's customer base is now a target market for the products of the other as well as new products arising out of the merger. What's not to like?! Yet the price of both companies' stock has been halved! If you believe this merger makes economic sense, and I do, and you have an investment horizon of at least 6 to 12 months then HYSL appears to me to present one of the better risk/reward opportunities available.

But, each to his own, that's what makes a horse race, and good luck in all your investments......ed
