Mike, Thanks for following up on the phone call. I like confirmable news! When I spoke with Mr. Wachs this morning, he spoke of a possible Q&A session....but really didn't give a time. I think we should be a little more proactive on this and send a formal request to Mr. Mincheff either via e-mail or certified mail. I will try to prepare something over the next 2 nights and send it to Zulu Headquarters. If anyone has anything they want to put in the letter, please let me know. I was just thinking of something simple like "We would request a Q&A session with Mr. Mincheff at his earliest convenience"....give him a day or two to respond...and then call to set up an appointment. Ken
