I started buying this morning. Can't resist this price any longer. Picked up BRKS and ATML as well. BRKS looked really strong in the face of the weak market conditions. These guys are so beaten down that Armageddon would probably improve their analysts opinions.

From SVGI's 10Q, not all is doom and gloom...

At June 30,
1998, the backlog included orders for 40 Micrascan photolithography systems. Additionally, SVGL had orders for 26 additional Micrascan systems with scheduled delivery dates outside the twelve-month backlog window.
