Hi Sean, I recall on some of the earlier posts on this thread that supposedly if you had the buffer on a different drive, the scans would run better(faster). That is why I put my buffer on Drive C and my data etc on Drive D. If this is not the case, then I will move my buffer to Drive D, but this sounds like a software glitch rather than a hardware glitch. Do you have your buffer, data, & programs on the same drive? Monty
