Russell,

Calm down.......

Yost is on vacation.....give him a chance to get back.....open his mail. Who knows, there may be a purchase order or two in there......

Coulda, shoulda, mighta.......is trading. I'm just holding.....I think 50 cents will be back sooner than anyone thinks. If Hill is selling shares....then that is great. The hole will be larger.

Russell--This is hardly a P&D...look at the volume. David Hayes pointed it out and he is right...clearly a market maker walk down.

"How bad do you want it? not bad enough!"
from the song by Don Henley...

Those who have been around a long time, (and want it bad)
have seen this enough times!

... still waiting for the BIG score!

Russell,

I wish that I also could have timed that move. It would have been a great trade for me, but I didn't so I wait. The only opportunity that I ever got to trade this stock was on the Orgas spike. I bot 5k at .18 and sold 5k at .40, 2 hours later. It was just like any other daytrade for a scalp. That was a P&D move by Orgas. I haven't sold any of my other shares, because my price targets have not been met and my outlook for the future growth potential is coming into focus. When we tried to look at the possibility of a short squeeze, it failed and we went right back down. I still hold the certs that I ordered and have requested another 100k from my broker. My position is for the long term as I want to be there to see Yost's business plan happen. If he can do what he says hes looking to do I feel my patience will be amply rewarded. Every investor has to decide their own risk to reward level and tolerance. It sure is tough watching the price swings on a percentage move. Especially in light of buying at .58 and now being able to sell at .32. I have posted my thoughts on why this type of price action can occur IMHO. Sometimes I feel like delisting the symbol from my screen and reinstalling it next year and seeing where its at so I don't have to watch the gyrations. Yost said on the CC that the financials would be completed in Aug. He also said the reasons why they were delayed due to obtaining confirmation reports from outside vendors, resellers, etc. I want them to be done right the first time as this is something that will give the company a shot of credibility. I am not looking for great numbers nor do I expect them to be, but I am looking for confirmed numbers and SEC filing status. You have been in this stock as an investor for quite a while and are no rookie to the OTCBB. You know what goes on as far as what a P&D is. IMO it just doesn't happen here. If upset you know what to do, but you can't control the price movements of the stock on a short term basis. I don't take your post as a slam of anybody or anything else and I feel that if youv'e got something to say then let it out. Look for the signs of how the trading is going for your answers. IMO if it drops on 100-200k or so volume after a run on 1.5mm volume the answers are out there. Please remember that you should always do what is right for your own investment decisions as you will either benefit or not accordingly.

Dave

Russ.....

I don't think we got P&D'd........though this penny stock did go up and then down, to me that's to be expected because after all......this is a penny stock. Volatility is just part of the culture here in what is thought to be the dregs of the investment world. What really makes this penny stock company credible (not a P&D) to me is it's involvement with Ingram Micro and Dell......these billion dollar companies make every effort not to associate themselves with organizations that are suspect.....if they do business with BANY, it puts BANY in a whole new light, one of guilt by association (guilt being a good thing in this case). As long as BANY has a relationship with credible organizations like Ingram, Dell, etc, my take is to buy as much as this stock as cheaply as you can and then stick the certificates away for a long while.......that way it's easier on the nerves. Of course that's just my opinion, your opinion may vary.
