Alper, I looks like a typical website. They give some background info, publications, employment opportunities, and contacts. The site is about what I expected.

Alper, I'm still going through it to come up wuth news. I'm not sure if this was in their annual report, but it confirms what IR said to me earlier this week. Sounds like a few collaborations are in the works:
"We expect revenues to be strong in 1998, though stronger
in the second half, reflecting expansion of existing and new collaborations and anticipated milestone payments from alliances."

I guessing that they are close to a couple of anti-androgen deals (BPH & male pattern baldness) as well as another SERM deal (Alzheimer's).

Alper, I thought that some areas could use some beefing up. I thought that the publications were very thin. They didn't include consultants like Ron Evans and even many of the publications that had Ligand scientists as co-authors were not included. I have started a publication section for Ligand scientists at home.att.net
I just include two scientists (Briggs and Heyman) and only included papers that they co-authored from 1996-1998. However, I did link the abstract to the citation, which adds quite a bit to the reference.
