a reliable side effect?

ah, but reliability might not be as fun...
i should think this would fall under the
spontaneous combustion style
of parlor tricks...and oh so much more
festive if unpredictable.

wouldn't you agree?

Humana Inc. Sued By Patient For Denying Coverage Of Viagra

HILLSBOROUGH, Fla. (Dow Jones)--A Florida man filed a purported class action lawsuit against Humana Inc. (HUM), alleging the insurance company improperly denied coverage for prescriptions for Pfizer Inc.'s (PFE) Viagra anti-impotence pills.

In a press release Thursday, a law firm representing Philip Lentini, 46, of Spring Hill, Fla., said the lawsuit was filed in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Hillsborough on behalf of all Humana patients diagnosed with impotence and denied coverage for Viagra.

As reported, Humana announced in July it would not pay for Viagra, citing safety concerns in the wake of reported deaths and adverse reactions to the drug. Some other insurance companies, including Prudential Healthcare, also have denied coverage.

The lawsuit claims Lentini was diagnosed with impotence five years ago and received a prescription for eight Viagra tablets from a physician in June. His prescription was denied coverage.

The suit alleges that Lentini's health plan requires Humana to pay for Viagra.

A Humana spokesman said the company had not yet reviewed the lawsuit and declined to comment immediately.
