Ravi~Never have owned FSELX in the 4th quarter, maybe that's a good rule in itself. Try following a large holding representative of the fund like Micron Tech. up close to 50% since mid June. Follow the trend, in this case the perception of an improving DRAM market. MACD is just one indicator, I used Advanced Get to sell the S&P500 breakdown out of the trend channels of July for most funds. Cash is no longer trash as Gann followers point to Quarterly Dow Chart downturn. OTOH the MACD said the internet portals were a buy midweek so I jumped. My 403B ties me to these difficult sector funds. Good luck.~Russ
