Tim,

Great question, and here's my answer: I think CSCO will outgrow LU, and the reason is simple: sales. CSCO's are growing at 30%, LU's at 15%. I believe earnings growth eventually approaches sales growth, so short of LU getting into higher-growth areas such as networking (or somehow expanding margins forever or growing through acquisition), LU is likely to be a 20%-max grower long-term while CSCO is likely to do 25%+. That's just my opinion, and due to LU's growth I now own more LU than CSCO. Besides, CSCO is the odds-on favorite to build the next-generation voice-video-data networks, in my opinion, and that's worth billions. But don't get me wrong. I love my LU and am holding on to it.

Paul
