I find this very interesting about Iridium 46. It affects me in no way financially, but it is like a good detective story! HEre is the original SeeSat post:

I recently received information from an individual at JPL that
Iridium 46 is tumbling. I went back in the SeeSat-L archives for
July and noted two reports of observed flashing from SV 46.

I've never seen any other reports anywhere to change the status
in the vso iridium.html page. When I can get access to the page
I will note that Iridium 46 is tumbling and unofficially out of service.
