As long as you didn't mortgage the farm, and view this "investment" as play money you should be O.K. What exactly do you do at Rogers, and could you give any info. on why their deals (USA/Rogers) never went through. And one last thing, before going on and stating that you own X amount of shares and that you work for Rogers and you like the new management, let's at least be honest, USA has no majors deals in the works, they have no money, haven't generated any revenue in the last 5 years. If your in for a fast flip based on rumor you might be lucky, but in my opinion and my opinion only, it is unlikely that USA will ever become a real company. Regards, John
