Rich, As I just told you in a PM, I still hold Phoenix and having experienced the shock of having the rug pulled out from under me I can tell you it was no fun. Weeks and days prior to the shareholders meeting it was constantly put out that new money was coming into the company. The money was coming from Soros and all was going to be alright. There was no hint of a chapter 11. As things have developed I believe Soros (or his people)not Gordan was behind the developments as they unfolded. The big winner in this certainly will be Soros. It appears to me that Gordan had very little to do with what occurred after the meeting. I certainly hope you are correct in your predictions for those still holding PHXS
