Under present circumstances, it is highly unlikely Antares would be wasting money on legal action. Instead the company is confident of the action taken so far and that any legal costs that are incurred will be born by John himself.

Marcos, I too prefer open debate to courtroom intrigue.

Apparently Antares is encouraged by the recent court decision that found for the plaintiff in an internet slander suit.

I really do not believe they think this suit can hurt them. I did my best to convey my concern that they may like the result of this legal action
against a disgruntled stockholder.

I mentioned the McDonalds suit and the horrible pr resulting from it. Mr. Southward did not seem to be the least bit worried about bad pr. He is the investor relations representative for Antares, this should be his area of expertise.

We will now have to watch the saga unfold.
