Alan, I hope this matter can be resolved outside of the court system.
Do you know that 50% of the worlds lawyers reside in the USA?
They all have to eat.

I have seen so much damage done by unnecessary lawsuits. Being in healthcare management, I can tell countless stories of unjustified lawsuits being settled out of court, the defendents never even got the chance to clear their good name.

I understood Antares position when Mr. Southward stated that complaints had been lodged with the SI webmistress to no avail. I would hope that a resolution/arbitration could be achieved before lawyers get involved. I guess I am too optomistic, too much faith in humanity I guess.

There was one hopeful thing the Peter Southward said, He confirmed the action against an SI member and then said, we shall see .

Off topic: I am going to check with the powers that be about a family member using my account to post, I have been denying my husband access <ggg>.

Regards, Cytotekk.
