Charles Maxwell, speaking on CNBC, voiced an opinion that it might be 3 or 4 years before the asian demand for crude recovers enough to boost prices. (Paraphased)

Did anyone hear Charles Maxwell's comments a few minutes ago on CNBC? I was only half listening and caught his closing statement that he thought there could be a surplus for 3 or 4 years. Something about a collapse of something in the mideast, I think. What exactly did he say and could someone maybe expand on his argument and then the contrary argument if there is one?

Thanks,
Bob
