The top three revenue generators last year were Siebel Systems, Vantive, and Aurum Software. 'It wasn't long ago that you would only look to an enterprisewide solution from Vantive or Siebel,' says Chris Fletcher, a senior analyst at the Aberdeen Group. Fletcher says ActiveSales' ability to be easily customized gives it an edge over competing enterprise sales-force automation products, which require outside consulting companies to handle customization."
