As far as TA goes, the stochastics, RSI, and MACD are all quite positive. Basically the indicators say "buy". However, TA is like steering off of your wake. It says that all the action today was pretty positive, but you and I know that simply by watching the stock. What is required to sustain any kind of upward movement is news that the company is making progress on their plan. The market will even accept perceived progress.
