Wow - a 1-for-100 rollback of the paper - I guess that was smoke you smelled, eh.

I feel strongly that our right to discussion here should not be inhibited by fear of legal harassment. This post sort of sums it up #reply-5430583 - "If we are forced to pay lawyers to review posts before submitting, then this incredible technology becomes useless, and it's back to the Bad Old Days of the furtive non-recorded phone calls, and the weasels in charge of the henhouse again."

My internet experience only goes back a little over a year and a half - before that the majority of the crap I heard (and it was boosterish crap mostly - just like on SI threads) was over the telephone - it wasn't recorded and dated and archived like in SI, so people couldn't be held publicly accountable for what they said, and could conveniently 'forget' a surprising amount.

SI is better by far, but we're going to have to defend our right to speak here.
Our best defense likely lies in numbers - they can't sue us all, there aren't enough shareholders' funds for that. So if you were to defend john's right to post #reply-5420262 and maybe Porter Davis' too #reply-4747141 then I will wander over to the namx thread and venture my opinion on this harassment of you. Is there a single post summing up all developments in the case? Back much later ....... salud
