Jhg & ALL, CNBC reported that CPQ now has its inventory down to 2 weeks and the stock is being recommended as a buy. That's why CPQ did so well today. I suspect money flowed from Dell to CPQ today. Based on valuation, CPQ is a better deal than Dell.

Actually I am beginning to wonder if we are going to rally to 120 by earnings. If everyone is expecting it to happen (as seems to be the case), the chances are it won't. Plus with the overall nervousness in the markets and strategists talking about the big-cap correction, DELL is likely to trade sideways for the next few days, with a possible pop after earnings if there is a split. I think low to mid 110s seems like the highest it could go by then.
