Once again moose is correct.

There is a LOT of stock out there now, perhaps 40-60M shares. They may be very close to their new 60M limit already.

Assuming those convertibles did so during the recent lows, there are a great plenty of shares for sale. Funny they don't seem to want to part with them below .10. Greedy! Guess 25% for 30 days ain't enough. Upcoming balance sheet will tell all.
