Rand,

Perhaps Naxos should contact Mr. Hewlett of Maxam fame. I have been told, but haven't confirmed that he holds quite a few claims within several miles of Naxos. If he has these claims he must know something about these lake bed deposits or he would not spend the money to hold them . He is a consultant to Maxam so I would suspect that he could also consult to Naxos. In view of the confusion and since he has a patented recovery system he might be able to help.

I thought that was a rather interesting portion of the letter as well. It is obvious a major shift in the focus of the company's efforts is planned and underway. Perhaps a special shareholder's meeting is in order to poll the shareholders and decide if they are ready to abandon Franklin Lake as his Sidneyship seems to be preparing to do. JLA
