Thanks Sonki. I don't know if it will have any negative effects, but I wouldn't be that surprised if it doesn't, at least until afternoon. I don't think it was just Ralph that knocked down MSFT. I think this legal cloud hasn't been helping things at all.

I don't really think the request to prevent appointed experts from using residual knowledge learned by dissecting Microsoft's forced disclosure of its trade secrets is unreasonable. Kind of sounds like kangaroo court to me :-)

Guess we'll see what happens together.
