JKE........ Im hearing similar rumors regarding major contract announcements. The only thing i can see right now is accumulation in the stock, as it has trended upwards over the last couple weeks. The selling pressure today was all an aversion for mm to buy cheap stock. If you look closely, the stock traded down only 25k and yet found a way to move down. My guess is that there is no true selling now, but rather manipulation by the market makers to cover their enormous shorts that they have build up. Still long IGHS and hoping for better things to come, Good luck, Brodway.
