8K is out. Ta has first right of refusal on up to 200MM of equipment. Only an RBOC would use that much, anyone know who might be testing it? Time will tell us how realistic a MM order is, and why TA got involved. NEC, FORE, GTE, CSCO, Samsung, TA, Schneider, Intermedia, ABCN, the list keeps growing.

I propose another reverse split of this stock so to keep it higher than $5. If it is not too expensive to file this kind of application, I propose a 2 : 1 reverse split so we can do another one weeks later, otherwise we might consider a 3:1 or 5:1 to save the cost.

Anyone second?
