DaiS,

In the past I have voiced my concerns about the low refill numbers. I was told that the reason for the low refill numbers was because when a doctor writes a prescription he only writes it for so many refills (lets say 3) When the patients comes in for the forth refill it is in fact counted as a new script. Secondly if a person should go to a different pharmacy it will also be counted as a new script. If the doctor changes the dosage it is considered a new script. So basically the new vs refills doesn't mean much. The total scripts sold is the all important number.

It's obvious that after 600K users the product has a very low acceptance rate. Now maybe worldwide demand might keep the factory's humming but overall the product needs help, just like the shit heads running the company. Disgusted beyond belief.
