"The libelous statements can be retracted..."

The "libel" has not been specified, so how could it be retracted? Antares supplied nothing more than a few post numbers. Surely not every word is libelous? I think you'll find that judges like to see things delineated a little more precisely than that.

"...call the company..." ... Yes, wouldn't they love it if people thought that was full and complete due diligence. But there is so much more, and it seems to me that john was on to some of it. Otherwise they would have no need to feel so nervous.

Anyway, back to lurking. I don't normally post. Good luck with your investments.

Wayne, Gabe, Ray...what's your read on Bay Street Rat's latest? How many times has he missed? I can't think of any. Could be interesting!

Would you not think that if ANZ were to have a case that.

John's statements would have to be proven to have had a negative effect. Judging by todays action without him I don't see a great improvement in market cap.

If there is an increase tomorrow it could possibly be because of BSR's info.

This is going to be a very hard case to prove and I would suggest that ANZ, although upset about having been the object of investors negativity, will be hard pressed to prove damages resulting from it.
