I'm pretty annoyed also. I don't really care about the short squeeze. I've been holding this short for months and I'd love to add on more, but I don't dare cover because I won't be able to re-enter a short position. Damn Datek still has that bogus "Sorry: you can not short sell this stock today". It's been months since you could short it. And you're right about their earnings (scratch that- their monster Loss) report being late. I can't wait to see how they try to explain the millions in losses and the half dozen CD's they've sold. But I'll be damned if I get squeezed on they baby. I held on from 35 to $80, I can sure hold on for another 50-100% squeeze. I've got time and a bogus business plan on my side. Just wait it out. If this thing ever sees $20 again, Reagan will be our next president. Regards. Jose.
