Since I have SFE in my Roth, I should be trying to do some of that buying and selling with this stock. I was going to do a little buying and selling with MSFT about a year and a half ago, I sold when I thought things had temporarily stalled (but having already taken a 50% gain). Unfortunately, I forgot about getting back in and the stock moved up from the 66 to about 93 before I got back in. So I have been nervous about the same thing happening to me here.

SFE's movements are pretty significant, but I don't think there is too much risk. I guess you just have to be careful to make sure you are holding in time to gets a rights distribution.

I haven't been as happy about my investment with SFE as I would have hoped. But when I consider the value gained from the rights offerings and that of SFE's in total, its not too horrible.
