Richard: The test results were from leach tests, not pilot plant tests. When I asked whether such test results involved leaching bulk samples, Runyon told me to wait for the news release (scalability has always been concern #1 to me...it's one thing to leach a mere 750 grams and quite another to leach 750 pounds, for instance).

Shark,

..What are you a skeptic? How dare you after all this talk about permits in Maricopa, Pima and BLM be confused.

You may be human after all...Stay out of mining and stay with the
stocks......

Did a light come on or did you just step out of a cave...I have been
inferring the same issues for the last month....just becaue the price is
declining you shouldn't be concerned...Runyon and Hewlett are nice guys that have a hundred years of mining experience behind them.

With you grasp of the situation I guess you will just go on buying up all of MAXAM shares..

Good luck,

Melo
