company filed an s4 today, seems to be to register old note deals, exchanging unregistered notes for registered notes.

limtex: This week has been a bitch in a way. We suffered thru the decline. We get good news Wed and WCII stock continues what it always does. It doesn't go the way you expect. There is talk about all the shorts out there. Comes down to this---do we know more than the shorts ? Any high flying issue, which WCII is, ( was ? ) is a target of shorters. It is my opinion that most shorters don't have a clue to the company. All they see are long term debt and losses per share. We long term holders are supposed to know what we expect from the company and what it is doing. Therefore the question is, what happened this week to shake or change our knowledge of what WCII is doing. Nothing happened. In fact, we were re-enforced Wed. We cannot let the market alter our belief in the company. Yes, now short term,when we are looking for a breakout, it hurts. When WCII was 5, I got in. Didn't know what the hell I was doing getting into this wireless crap, but it made sense or at least seemed like an idea that could work. I went to the library to look it up. Well, it all made sense. This hair brush company was getting into wireless. Hell, hair and wireless were documented. I remember reading about a woman hearing the barking dog from Sputnick thru her hair curlers. So here we are. Shattered by recent events, and our focus has changed because of it. Nothing has changed on the WCII game plan. It's on target. Some of us would like to see a buyout. Some not. Let's back up. Is it a good investment or not ? If you are short term----no !! Long term ---yes !! ac
