I am relieved and appreciative to see that the "temperature" has cooled off and that we can all move forward mutually with anticipation of continued growth and increased shareholder value at DCI.

bgtit: Re: hostility toward CZ. I was not pointing at yourself, but at the board generally. I think we gave him a real rough ride. Apparently, he fell off before the 17 seconds expired, and the hoss has barely cleared the gate!

bgtit, It looks to me like some of our MM's have shares to move again , I hope that the position isn't very large. On a more important note, I am hearing from DCI that the TimeWorldCom JV LOI is looking very positive. Apparently the confidence level is high enough that the contract will be signed that some aspects of the JV are already being implemented, just as money is being spent to upgrade some of the switching capacity at Locus before that deal has been finalized. We still don't have a done deal here, but I just thought I would mention that things sure sound positive at the moment. I don't know how much effect, finalizing the Locus deal the JV will have on our stock price, but I do know that it will put us one step closer to not having to worry about that little aggravation any longer.
