Cat Lady, Yes, they are an unknown company right now. But if there product is everything they claim it to be, then all it will take is for some company to use it and spread the word. As you are reading this you are probably saying, "yeah, but how are they going to get any reputable company to take a chance". My answer to that is through advertising and marketing your product. Basically, it is the marketing that gets people to try a product, and then the service or product must stand up to the test. Remember, all these big companies were once small companies once and through smart marketing and advertising they became very successful. Of course you must have a quality service/product to back up the hype . If we all said that we didn't want to try something because it wasn't a name brand or a name company, we would all look like clones, talk about the same things, and drink only coke. Even though our country is becoming Corporate America, there is still a chance for the little guy/company to make money if you market the product or yourself the right way. These big companies also charge to much for there products because of there name. For example, if you walk around the grocery store and read all the ingredients on the name brands and compare them to the cheaper store brands you will find out that they contain all the exact ingredients, except you pay alot more for a name. And that is the problem with today's society, it is all about name brand cars, clothes, well known music groups, etc... I am tired of people putting down something because it isn't a name brand. It all boils down to the quality of the product, customer service, price, and durability. I'll tell you one thing, I'll take a Saturn over a Toyota any day because of its customer service, affordable price, and basically because it performs just as well for a cheaper price. Saturn is the perfect example of awesome marketing from a small company going against the car industry heavyweights. There quality car stands out and they stand behind it, like I think this company will. Retaylor .
