I could not read it either, but it was OK here. Gremlins OK, I will wait. I know people at mellon and they have been our transfer agent since WW2. Of course they have been through several name changes etc. However my contact will clarify what is needed, however since I am not a SH will not provide me with the data. I will also ask what about the chapter 7/11. It should not stop you as i understand they charge you a copying fee and are thus not balked if IPMCF will not pay. As to the conduct of a SM or AGM with an insolvent company ?? Bill
