pezz, Well, I am not a lawyer but I have seen on CNN several times Lawyers both pro and con agreeing that perjury is almost never prosecuted in civil cases. This is where I got my information. CNN is a Clinton spin machine. Rick Kaplan and Tom Johnson, who run CNN, are friends of the Clintons. CNN newscasters have been instructed not to use the words scandal or corruption when talking about the Clintonistas. A Vietnam vet has filed a $100 million lawsuit against CNN for the bogus story (since retracted and apologies issued) about the use of Sarin gas. As a result of the story, the network's rating is going down. Beware of anything you hear on CNN, it might not be true.
