That 65% has more to do with people liking the state of economy. Not their opinion of Clinton as to the scandals. Also remember that when all of the investigations are complete, perjury and sexual misconduct will will maybe a small % of the report.

The former head of the Justice Dept. investigation, has said the press only knows about 1% of the campaign violations.

The Republican Congress is rated higher than Clinton and it is very unusual for a Prez to rate lower than Congress.

Clinton has the lowest personal ratings ever recorded for a Prez, far below Nixon, Carter or Truman.

When the facts hit, Clinton is gone. Until then, he's over.
