Keith, in my opinion, Black Sea wins this case. In most if not all law, an agreement made under a previous law would apply and the newer law is irrelevant in the equation. Of course, if there is some other contention in the lawsuit, the original law was illegal, or the Russian justice system can be corrupted, the ruling may vary.

I am sure that BSX would be compensated well in the situation where they would lose the case, for the loss of opportunity. The decrease in price is because they can't sell the oil until there is a ruling, and the dumping by Gordon.

Again, I don't see much downside in the risk of buying BSX and I feel that since I am a "gamblin' man" I will gamble with this stock. I would term it a medium to medium low risk at this point. At the very least, I see it moving up and down with speculation and updates.
