Maybe some highfaluting business publication would be kind enough to even pay me. A lawyer-Wharton grad might not be too bad to report on big-time intellectual property litigation? As best I recall, the suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, which begins just north of Dallas in Collin County, Texas (Plano) and goes north to the Oklahoma border and east to Tyler at the Louisiana border. Ericy has facilities in Richardson, Texas, near the Collin County line and I believe manufacturing facilities east of Dallas in the Eastern District.

Maurice, no doubt it has escaped your memory. . . .but I actually did the original research work for directional antennae in my early years as a starving grad student at M.I.T. Would have responded to earlier posts on the issue, but Clark seemed to be doing a good job + I am SO busy on fractal thing-a-ma-jiggies that I'm limited just now.
Dude, love your recent posts. You're on a roll. Keep 'em coming.
