Nathan, Thanks for the info. I think her response was a simple typo. Remove the word "by" and the message seems to make sense.

Nathan ..thanks for the note... BY Shortly...sounds like she was going to say by tomorrow, but caught herself and typed "shortly". Hey I was expecting news last Friday...of course it never came...so I'm open to anything. REdesign the shape of the pellet and put out a press release....... anything....... Regards Pizzaman

Nathan, Looking at the sentence again and knowing how tight lipped Nina is, I think she made a Freudian slip. I think she was thinking about the fact that they will make a statement tomorrow but since she never gives us advanced information she really wanted to just say "shortly" ie the "by" is the slip (thinking by tomorrow but only wanting to type shortly).
