BLACK SEA ENERGY LTD - Russian Legal Proceedings Update [71] Canadian Market News from Market News Publishing, Wednesday, August 05, 1998 at 10:20 Gerry Burrows, President & CEO of Black Sea Energy Ltd. announces that further to the Company's press release of July 15, 1998, Black Sea reports that discussions with Tyumen Oil Company ("TOC") are continuing. The legal proceedings commenced in the Russian arbitration court against Tura Petroleum Limited have been further postponed until October 1, 1998.
