Allright Sean, show us your homepage. I have ben puting jpg images up ( some I was given for projects ) so I had no idea that place was a Goldman site! Thanx, I just might ! RE: ( The First Valley Pix on my HP is a valley that I first had a JV annouced from with one of my dersert dirt companies that I got intrigued with this past year plus. This is a location that is now fully claimed and by a major highway. I stop off site from our partner who will someday be known as the father of the desert dirts. Dale Runyon of Maxam Gold Corporation. A small group of us formed on the internet and named that claim based upon the way in which we formed; TECHTALKERS. It is a placer association and the hopes are with a company called Maxam Gold- MXAM:BB. There are a few other locations now and more members and changes that the last 11 weeks periodic visits during the last year. I will not be posting all the references but I do have a map posted in general that shows that I spread the Claims out some 90 milres from Desert Waash Valleys to Mountain Sprinngs. Enjoy what now makes me happy in my strange investment style. Regards, to all.

I called the company today and found out that the proxies and other material for the annual meeting were mailed today. First it will go to Montreal Trust, then to whomever distributes it for the brokerage houses. I will try to keep on top of this in a timely fashion to make sure that we can all register our feelings about the way things have been going around here for those of us who want to.

Considering that this company has shown a lack of regard about smaller shareholders regarding openness and communication and also has a dearth of measurable, or in some way palpable, achievement, I would like to reiterate my suggestion that we all vote against any new (or renewal of old) fringe benefits to all members of the board of directors, which I believe includes the company CEO and CFO. Of course, if you think they've done a great job and enhanced your material well being then go ahead and vote for them. Just make sure you get your proxy and annual report soon and vote. I will vote in protest and so will some of my friends and relatives. This can add up, although it's not likely to win. These guys should first have a year behind them in which they have enriched shareholders, obviously the opposite of what's happened even with the new CEO, McBeath. Let them earn their perks before we vote to confer it on to them. Let them show us shareholders a lot more respect than they have before we vote to give them a damn thing.

No stock and no stock options for these guys. At least not this year.
