Darrell,

People all across the country are starting to wake up to
fact that the police cannot be everywhere that a crime
is about to happen...and so they are electing Politicians
that follow the Constitution and care about law abiding
citizens having the ability to protect themselves and their
families... The Sheriff of El Paso County including Colorado
Springs, Colorado..was elected because he ran on the
promise of letting anyone that had a clean criminal record
own a concealed weapon permit...and he won by a huge
margin and because he was also a Republican...he
actually kept his promise and over 3,000 people in his
county now carry concealed weapons...off course you
don't hear of many car jackings or armed breakins in
Colorado Springs..either...in fact they have another
law in Colorado that allows a citizen to protect their
household with deadly force..instead of states like
Massachusetts where you have to leave your home
and hope that the criminal doesn't hurt themselves
and sue you...!

Too bad the people visiting Orlando, Florida in this
report did not have a gun to protect themselves...Liberals
should ask themselves why the criminals in Florida
target tourists??Here it is:

Man Arrested in Fla. Tourist Rapes

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Tourists were warned to lock their hotel room doors after an attack on a British couple who police say were forced at gunpoint to disrobe and perform sex acts on each other before the woman was raped.

Police arrested Kenneth Taylor, 39, at his Orlando home Thursday after one of the tourists identified him from photographs as the attacker. Taylor was charged with armed robbery, armed sexual battery and false imprisonment.

Police were investigating nine similar cases since January in the Orlando area, one that is popular with conventioneers and vacationers alike and is home to Walt Disney World. Taylor has not been named as a suspect in any other attacks.

The British tourists, who were staying in a hotel in Kissimmee near Disney World, had requested an iron from the front desk and left their door ajar as they awaited a hotel worker.

An armed intruder came in and made the couple take off their clothes and perform sex acts on each other, police said. Then the man was forced into a bathroom and the woman was raped.

Taylor told investigators he was doing construction work in Georgia at the time of Monday's attack.

All but one of the other attacks occurred in the past two months. Victims have come from Ecuador, Indiana, Miami, Michigan, Minnesota and Puerto Rico.

The latest attack in Orange County happened Wednesday, when an Austrian couple were robbed at gunpoint at a motel near Orlando International Airport. The woman was raped, said Jim Solomons of the Orange County sheriff's office
