Flan;

They do or should I say their firms manipulate stock. Most of the specialist firms on the NYSE are owned by the big brokerage houses and they do have the money behind them. These operations can all the money they need from the big NY banks. Only 2 are still independent. I know what their function is supposed to be but that doesn't change my point of view. I have been watching their behavior for 25 years and I can chart it. That is not random trading. For instance, my charts say that Seagate will get to 125 or more within 2 to 3 years. That is why I am an investor in this stock.Short interest is last reported at 6.81 million on July 15th.Short interest ratio is 2.89 on the same date. You are right the NASDAQ is worse. There are almost no rules on the NSDAQ. It's Dodge City.

Believe whatever myths you want to believe. Like Elvis is alive.
