Sal, you are right that I goofed. I have put the correct numbers below just so they are listed. Every 4th week refil would be the sum of the refills 4 weeks ago and half of the new scripts 4 weeks ago. It shows how the script numbers would fluctuate up and down.

As RT pointed out a significant number of refills are counted as new scripts. A fact I have wondered about. That changes things significantly. I am no longer worried about the split and the low refill number. It is actually only the total number that is important. Looking at the numbers, they started flattening out 9 weeks ago. An upward trend has not yet appeared.
