As for the mail, he said he'd mail it to his subscribers, not fed ex it, not priority mail, just mail it. I never said he would overnight it. I think what we have here is a classic example of mis-communication via email. (Or, SI messages, to be more accurate.) I'd say I'm sorry I started this, but I'm not, since I finally got a definitive answer to a question that I've wondered about for a long time.
