These folks never cease to amaze me. I wonder if they would act this way if they had to face you. Say the things they say to your face?

I think the whole "Actions by TAVA against Bill Wexler" thing is great. I'm ROFLMAO. I mean, come on, how many times have we seen this kind of feather-waving, chest-thumping act by the management and shills when they're trying to inspire buying right before the end.

Actually, it's a good sign for the shorts. TAVA management hope to be able to sell a bit more in the $5 range and the posturing WILL inspire a thread of hope in TAVA longs, hanging on to the last of their margin, not wanting to sell at a loss. "I mean, it was up at one point.....why not again?" It will probably bring in enough money so they can eat a few more steaks in the Carribean after TAVA goes belly up.

But does anyone really think that TAVA is going to take any real legal action? They would be wasting their time. Here's why.

You know Asensio? He kills stocks compared to Bill or anyone else.

You know about GIFS? NIAR? OVIS/RMIL? Half a dozen other direct internet hyped and promoted 100% complete scams? Well nothing is happening to those folks. You think the SEC is going to come knocking on Bills door because he pointed out that this stock was fraudulantly promoted and not going anywhere.

"Yes, I'm sorry Mr. Wexler....you'll have to come with us. Yes, it is now illegal to predict the downfall of a piece of crap stock!"

GoodNIGHT!

P.S. We break the 5 1/4 and fall through it by this time next week.

Bill . I think you have done a service by stating some cold opinions. Still I would like more information. I welcome any answers.
Questions:. If you answer please supply data. (hand-waving is not enough)
1. Is there now a substantial Y2k imbedded problem?
If the answer is no, most of those who hold TAVA (myself included) have taken a loss.
2. If the answer is not known, can we find out.
Possibly some of us (shareholders in the firms ) can get information by asking the firms or asking others who have contracts with TAVA. or by talking with people in LA or Chevron. Unfortunately a real answer requires knowing about lots of firms etc who have devices with imbedded logic. If (as appears likely) we only contemplate this thread (and our navels) we will continue in the dark.
3. Even if the problem exists and is substantial is it easily corrected by in-house personnel (like changing a lightbulb), or are outsiders like TAVA needed?
Comment: It is my opinion that much of the hype about TAVA came from enthusiastic shareholders like those this thread. (Hell; I even caught the bug and increased my small holdings about the time that TAVA offered options.) The company was low (not high) on PR and some experts on this thread supplied the favorable PR. That makes me doubt that there is a planned scam by TAVA . If insiders were selling , that might arouse suspicion. I also doubt that the favorable comments on this thread came from sharp traders who were encouraging the rest of us to buy so that they could sell at a higher price. I am more inclined to think that some of us were infatuated with TAVA and the imbedded problem and generously let the rest of us in on the secret.

Bill,

I respect your contrary opinion, and so far you have been right. I am long on TAVA and hope that the extraordinary number of agreements they have signed with top notch companies will prove to be winners. I would like to pose a question to you, or anyone else on this board, and that is "What is the current short interest on TAVA?". I would appreciate anyone who has the info to provide it. Thanks,

Crusader
