"Pretty bold statement for a Mac-User/investor."

Yeah...thanks. 190%+ year to date gain on has a tendency to make AAPL
investors bold.

I was looking back more like the last few years.....sure, I trade the crap out of it (short and long), but I would never "invest" in it, or use AAPL products. I don't have a single client who uses them (The last one who did was Sprint ... up until a few years ago....they went to INTC/clone platforms about the same time they became really profitable).
You wouldn't want me to be non-compatable with the world now do ya? ;-)

Sold my (actually my wife's) last 100 AAPL shares around 36ish....

Eric,

I too, am a Mac guy - since 1984, PageMakerr 1.0 and all that stuff. Before that I was an IBM guy.

Word to the wise? Look at my favorite saying in my member profile.

My point: If you don't already know it, the transition to a common desktop platform is under way. Cash in your AAPL and smile, but don't laugh too loudly.

Good Mac-ing.
