Hogger, thank you for clarifying the other lawsuit. Normally the first question I ask people who e-mail me information about things is "Do you have a link?" In this case because something that particular person sent me in the past proved to check out, I just ran with the lawsuit in question prematurely. Also, all I was told was a "clinic" and I just (gasp) assumed it was the one in Costa Rica because others have told me the one in Costa Rica existed largely in name only. But that's another story.

But, now that you bring it up, what purpose would buying a clinic have served for a company that was lightyears away from making cryogenics a reality? Next thing you know they'll be buying a shrimp farm (g).

Thanks again.

Hogger, seems I might not have been mistaken after all. Seems there was yet another lawsuit against an MRI. This one was based on CYGS's acquisition of Spring Valley MRI. Allegedly they mismanaged it and the landlord canned them. I'll tell you up front that I don't have a link to back up this allegation, so perhaps as you seem to have an intimate knowledge of CYGS related lawsuits you might help me out here.

Thanks!
