I believe it is this sentence you are referring to: "In addition, pursuant to Rule 416(c) under the Securities Act of 1933, this Registration Statement also covers an indeterminate amount of interests to be offered or sold pursuant to the Plan described herein. " Does this not represent the additional available shares up to the total authorized? I could not find the amount of funds applicable to the convertible debenture. TG

Wrong Ken - Convertible Debentures is the real name (thanks to Melinda for helping in finding that information) - And they have to be mentioned in the company filings. There's nothing like that in previous filings after reentering filing status. So wether such will come up in the filing for last quarter we do not know. As I have said before - There is nothing that indicates that ARET is in such "last resort" search for funding!!! As to why theres a shift in personnel taking care of filings - There's sufficient other reasons - eg. Not having mentioned Cottonwood. (see Tonto's posts) - Spelling errors in filing a.s.o. - Unclear description on Delmar taking over TCC 51% - Not having the asset value of TCC shares mentioned a.s.o. - Things that have been mentioned from shareholders at all.! Pity though that it was not possible to file per schedule though. ??? Can anyone nearby check with Delmar when to expect the 10QSB. At the same time the question wether ARET have entered funding contracts involving Convertible Debentures could be asked. Let's get rid og that hoax now. !!! Kind regards Jens
