jack,

<<so who really cares about $460,000....its nothing>>

mr 7 million dollar I own many businesses and would spend a million on my dog man,

Let me give you my address and please do send me $460,000 since its nothing.

In fact jack why don't you send me ALL your money!

I am sure that since you are such a great businessman you can give it to me all and make it all back in no time.

No really jack, I advise that since you are a rich man and Vivus may very well be bought out at 15ish (you automatically lose $160,000.00) that tomorrow you put in a buy order for 20,000 shares at 5 25/32.
By averaging down at 5 25/32 you will be at break even at 14.39 so when and if the buyout occurs (remember jack you are one of the posters who insists Vivus will be sold within 60 days via your "connections" you can go home with about 25k (or 5.4% interest in 9 months--not too shabby) extra in your pocket instead of being caught with your pants down and being forced to take a 160k hit.
