Zeev -- the issue is the facts. I ask questions, hoping to verify your allegations, but you either dodge or ignore them. Let me give you three recent examples: Example 1: In an earlier post, you stated: << Last, as a large investor (who has probably assigned an individual to follow up on the company, or even has a seat on the board some times), the floorless knows ahead of you and me what is coming down the pike >> In response, I asked: << Can you give me some specific examples of a BOARD MEMBER shorting shares against a floorless position. Such insider transactions would, of course, be disclosed in SEC filings. >> You dodged my question by stating: << The bandit does not have to be an "insider" to know better than you and I what is happening. >> I take that to mean that you CAN'T provide specific examples of what you alleged occurs all the time -- the owners of the floorless, who short shares, having a seat on the Board. Example 2: You posted: << My own personal rule is very simple, you see a company issuing a floorless, get out. If you are inclined to short and you can borrow the shares, short it. >> I asked: Your personal rule? So you are short the stocks you are criticizing? My questions goes to your motive in saying the things you do. If you are simply an altruist, hoping to save us from our foolishness, that's one thing. If you yourself are short, trying to inspire fear, generate confusion, and spread misinformation, then that's something else. You ignored my question. Example 3: You posted: << That is why it is extremely rare (and I know of not one single case) for the floorless bandit to be exposed to having to convert above his short stated position. >> I asked: << If you don't mind me asking, how do you come by such detailed information about the "bandit's" average selling price that you can state this conclusion? Only one of the bandits would have such knowledge. >> This question also goes to the issue of your credibility. You claim to "know" things. i asked a very reasonable question -- How do you know? You ignored my question. I hope you can appreciate that your response -- or lack of response -- does not enhance you credibility, at least not in my mind. The issue is not whether I am "in love" with a stock; it's whether I should "divorce" her based on unsubstantiated allegations. Joe
